We have tried to answer as many questions as possible on this page.  There really shouldn’t be that many questions you need answers to…… You want a Tshirt…… You buy it – simple 🙂


Before placing your order, you will see the production page for the shirt you are interested in. There is a comprehensive SIZING tab on this page. This will give you the information you need to make a decision on the sizes you wish to order that product in.

You can find specific size guides on each product page after clicking ‘Select Size / Colour’ button, the SIZING tab between description and delivery tabs as per the screenshot below. We reference the manufacturer’s own size guides.

If you are ever in doubt please get in touch with our production partner C2O on 0800 012 2602 and one of the team will help you out.

All t shirt designs are done by ourselves through blood sweat and lots of coffee.
Once we are happy with the design we pass it onto our partner production company Clothes2Order.
When you place an order you do so through C2O and their secure payment gateway.
All t shirts are printed on demand and shipped direct to you by C2O.

On dispatch you will be notified by e-mail.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.  UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail (tracked) or DPD Local; orders outside of the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail or UPS. If your order is dispatched by DPD Local, they will notify you directly of a 1 hour window when your order will be delivered. If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date. If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered.

Cancelling an Order

All products ordered though our site are printed on demand and to order. As the process of personalising your item begins as soon as the order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.

Returns

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact our production partner. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification”. Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing’ tab below the add to basket button.

All credit card transactions are undertaken by Clothes2Order (our production company) so no payment information is held on our server or site whatsoever.
C2O accept PayPal, and all major credit cards via their secure payment page.
